2026 Holiday House Tour

A Community Tradition

Now in its 30th year, the Tour welcomes hundreds of visitors to Woodbury and showcases homes that reflect the town’s historic, traditional, and contemporary character. More than 150 homes have been featured on the Tour, which has raised more than $300,000 for organizations and agencies that support local residents. We are deeply grateful to the homeowners who open their homes and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of people in our community who need our care and support.

Advance ticket price - $30

Advance tickets for the Holiday House Tour go on sale the first week in November and can be purchased through our website. Tickets purchased in advance through the website must be picked up at the Woodbury Community Center, 265 Main Street South, Woodbury, on the day of the tour. The Center opens at 9:30 a.m. 

Tickets are also available for purchase at the following venues:

• in Woodbury at Canfield Corner Pharmacy
• in Southbury at Newbury Place
• in Seymour at Yankee Quilters

Tickets can be purchased on the day of the Tour at the Woodbury Community Center. The Day of Tour ticket price is $35.

Ticket holders will be treated to complimentary beverages and cookies at the Center. Our holiday baskets and other holiday items will be available for purchase.

Homes on the tour will be open from 10 am to 4 pm. Visitors on the tour are asked to bring slippers since shoes must be taken off in the houses. Taking photos in the homes is not permitted. The House Tour will take place regardless of weather. Tickets are non-refundable.
